1. When Vince's Spaghetti first opened in Ontario, California in September 1945; it was a simple, six stool, open air restaurant without a kitchen.

3. By 1968, Vince's was billed as the largest spaghetti restaurant west of the Mississippi River (with a kitchen!), seating more than 400 people.

4. Today, because of your patronage, we've grown to 3 locations, all family owned and operated, still serving Grandma Rose's original recipes.

5. Did you know that we serve over 30 tons of spaghetti every month! Over 25,000 miles of spaghetti every year! We have dine in or take out so we can conveniently serve all your needs.

6. Vince's Spaghetti restaurants are the only restaurants for Real Italian Spaghetti.

7. Back then, Grandma Rose prepared all of the food in her kitchen 50 yards away and hand carried it to the customers.

8. Serving the community the original recipes as our historic first location.

9. It was located on Highway 70-99, which was the main road to Palm Springs at the time.

10. The Rancho Cucamonga location has been opened since 1984.

11. The business was run by three brothers and their wives.
