Misleading app

So you guys sent me a lead showing that is from WESTFORD MA. I stupid me buy some credits to give this thing a try it turns out the potential lead is from Hawaii. Not cool. Waste of my money . I with I could get s reimbursement of the credits I used for that lead. Misleading app.

this app is the WORST lead gen app I’ve ever tried. I am a professional videographer. I do well on another lead gen platform/app. I gave this app a try about 3 months ago. After spending $1500, I have gotten ZERO gigs. Since I’ve been doing video production for over 16 years, and have done well on other lead gen apps, I know I’m not the problem. The “buyers” hardly ever respond on the platform chat portal. Most buyers on the platform don’t return emails or calls. Half of the phone numbers that the buyers give don’t work or are fake numbers. I don’t know how they are getting these leads, but they are complete garbage. I don’t understand the logic in selling a crap product and then losing your customer after a few months. If this app could have given me legit leads, I could close 2-3 gigs per month and probably stay with them. But their platform is horrible, their app is horrible, their leads are horrible, so I’m done. Buyer beware. this app will bite you.
Freelance or Small Agency 👍

I own a small advertising agency and this app has been a good place for us to find interested prospective clients. There are a few areas for improvement from my perspective, but the platform is much better than others within the same field. We are looking to continue to use this app and if the areas for improvement are addressed within the future we will double down on how often we use this app. If you want control of RFPs (Request for proposal) and prospective clients then this app is your best option!
