- Users have to create a new account every time they want to use the app.
- The app does not inform users that an account already exists for them.

What happened

Was working good enough until this week. Seems like an upgrade has turned into a quit worky worky....The third party that is responsible for this app need to get on it. I hate not knowing when classes are. On the other hand....I see where our club is going with all these the app innovations. The personal trainers are elite. Classes and training staff are elite. And it’s pretty cool having this app once it gets fixed. Keep all those ideas and innovations flowing...but get on the third party to get the app working...

Cannot log in

At one point, I was actually logged in and using this app. This morning, I tried to look at the class schedule and had been logged out. It continuously told me my credentials were wrong, despite resetting my password a few times. I tried making a the app account to get it to find my old one, and it said that my member account couldn’t be found by my member number. Totally useless.

Terrible app

I have had nothing but problems with this app. Despite selecting “remember me” this app never saves my information and, in fact, can’t even find me when I enter my data. Every time I want to use the app I have to “create a the app account”. It’s like I don’t exist in the system because I am never told that an account already exists for me. It is beyond frustrating.
