Can’t even log in

Couldn’t sign up. Wouldn’t accept the app email address. Called customer service .. he was completely baffled.. said he’s never heard any complaints about the app. Despite all of the reviews saying the same exact thing as I was telling him. He set up the app email and password on his computer- didn’t matter because the app wouldn’t let me log in. Said the app email and password doesn’t match anything in their records. Signed on a laptop. The desktop version works great.

All that labor, and nobody can even sign in. What does “Email is nat accepted” even mean? I tried the app personal email and the app work email and I’m in desperate need to log in to this app. You should be ashamed for yourself for letting this kind of bug make it to deployment.

Horrible

Will not accept the app email or password. Says it won’t accept email as a user name when I try to see up a new account. No place to get tech support. On mobile devices one is forced to use the app rather than one’s bowser.

The app wouldn’t accept the app email. Deleting, works fine on regular site on the app phone or desktop.
