App seems to have just stopped. I was able to use it earlier to message, but now it won’t work. It scheduled me for training that I’ve already done and I can’t cancel it. I disabled notifications, but I’m still getting them. The tech with this app is awful, not useful at all. Would be more helpful if my pump info showed up here, but alas the app can’t seem to keep pace with growing technology. The 670g pump is awesome, it’s the coordinating and support tech that needs a ton of work. A TON.
Recent update = broken app

I understand from the app that the recent update that asks for mobile number has made it impossible to use. It sure would have been nice to hear about this from the app instead of me having to send multiple emails asking about this problem. I'm know now that the app is aware of the problem but it does concern me that since the broken update, I have still received a rightstart email letting me know that new info has been added to my account! I feel like I should have instead received an email that told me that app wasn't working and approximate date I could expect it to be fixed! I'm not an app expert, but can't they send out another "update" that is actually the older version of the app that works until they can fix this new one??

It’s not actually ready for public use, I don’t think. When I first downloaded it (like many other reviews since the update) it wouldn’t recognize the phone number for the account I had just made and I needed a program admin to update the details so I could log in. It’s been almost 2 weeks using it and it’ll only update your progress so you can move on AFTER your provider confirms those actions & appointments/etc. I understand that the app wasn’t ready for FDA approval to happen so quickly (9-10 weeks as apposed to a couple years) and this whole thing became a rush job. My ios phone just updated to 11.4.1 and now it takes awhile(3 MINUTES) to load. Cute idea setting little goals to start using the pump and get user manuals in a place people actually have in front of them most of the time, but it needs work

Once again the app shows its lack of commitment to and incompetence with internet technology. From the folks that gave us a web based pump data system that won’t work with Mac, now we have an app release that simple doesn’t work. I do not understand how the the world’s best insulin pump producer cannot seem to get the hang of technology that is ubiquitous. The rating system demands I give this app at least one star to submit this. It is a grossly overrating.
