The app has potential, but there’s poor quality control. There are quite a few incorrect answers.

Lots of wrong answers. Ex: strength training athletes need _____ protein g/kg? Per this app it’s 1.8, per the app book it’s 1.4-1.7 (p 183) There are a few more, it’s on the dev to find them. Just get pocket prep.

For $15, this app has way too many questions that claim the wrong answer as correct. Don't recommend.
Many incorrectly worded questions

Not super happy with the wording (i.e, how many non essential proteins are there) correct answer was 11 which refers to the number of AMINO ACIDS not proteins...
