Cannot view videos through app

After working moderately well for a week I can no longer choose to watch videos through the app. The camera says recording stopped and then after about 30 seconds the app crashes. This is a very expensive piece of hardware to rely on such a poor app. I can’t wait to see what happens when IOS 13 is released this week...Please update!

Now I have proof that I don't cause accidents and that drivers around me are crazy! Also, I love the perimeter detection when the car is off!

Audi dealership installed. The camera records as it's supposed to but the app is a total disaster. Worked sort of for few days now 100% app functionality failure. Re-installed no improvement. No WiFi connection even sitting in the car. Firmware won't update, app unresponsive.
