Is this supposed to happen

So yesterday I finally fully upgraded my army pieces. But today I lost all my progress and got all my army pieces reset. I don't know if this is supposed to happen because I don't like it and I want my upgrades back. I also used to be around level 27 and now I'm back at level 11. I haven't even done the third adventure mode section yet. But now I can't because it's impossible without my upgrades. I also love the game so can you please somehow give me back my progress and remove that feature or bug because nobody likes that.
Great game until you are good

I have thoroughly enjoyed this game for the past few months. However, I have noticed that there are several bots in the game. Top10Material is one of these bots. When I play against these bots, the game starts to glitch out. The opponent moves 4 to 6 pieces simultaneously, which is impossible for a human, even with the commander crown. I am also forced to play for black instead of for red. While this does not hurt you nearly as badly when you are an amateur player, once you rank to above 3000, the bots prevent you from moving forward. While I thoroughly enjoy this game, I absolutely despise the fact these bots have on the rating system. They make it nearly impossible to keep progressing. I would highly recommend this game if you want to play it every now and then, but if you are planning on getting into the big leagues, you should probably not play this game.
Needs professional debugging

Good game! However, there are frustrating bugs. Worst: sometimes pieces get stuck on their square and can't be moved. The controls, although simple, seem to fail at critical times. This is speed chess and it seems, perhaps, that the program is not keeping up. Often I'll touch a piece, needing it to move NOW, and ... nothing. I lose pieces every game because of this. Yeh, frustrating. Another bug: sometimes I'll win an online match but get points taken away as if I'd lost. I look forward to seeing this game mature, and would pay for an adless version. Oh yeh, sometimes 2 pieces will occupy the same square. (wonder if 3 can also get stuck like that?) 3/28 addendum: Nothing has been fixed! I so want this to work. I no longer recommend this app.
Fun game annoying ads

The gameplay is great. I like the animations and graphics. Game modes are entertaining. The game would score a higher rating if it weren't for he ads. I understand ads pay so the app can be free but I feel like the game is dishonest. When you win a match you have the option between watching a video for double XP or continue and gain regular XP. I've noticed that when you continue, not claiming the extra XP you still have to watch an ad video 😒. What's the point of having an option if you're forced to watch the ad, the worst part is if you hit continue, you get stuck with an ad and you don't get the double XP since you didn't choose that option.
