4.5 Rating: 4.5 - 68,405 votes

If you want to install and use the Choices: Stories You Play app on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Choices: Stories You Play for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Andriod emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Choices: Stories You Play for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Choices: Stories You Play in the search bar and press Search. Click on Choices: Stories You Play application icon. A window of Choices: Stories You Play on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Andriod device, your application will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed applications.
You should see the Choices: Stories You Play icon. Click on it and start using the application.

Step 4: Choices: Stories You Play for Mac OS

Hi. Mac user!
The steps to use Choices: Stories You Play for Mac are exactly like the ones for Windows OS above. All you need to do is install the Nox Application Emulator or Bluestack on your Macintosh. You can get here .

I love this game I just think it needs a little more spice like virginity of some sort not a game for kids, though. It talks about pregnancy and cheating, I want to choose who I get pregnant with, and I decide when. I want some stories with a bit more dirty.

It's fun but it gets annoying because every other choice they gonna ask for diamonds. And these diamonds are expensive af. It basically comes down to $2 to make one choice. And there's at least 3 of them in one chapter. They should find other ways, like ad watching to earn diamonds or something.

It would be a lot of fun, but the plot costs so many diamonds and low chances to earn them. I deleted the game, not worth the frustration.

I’ve played choices for a while, near the time it first came out. It’s been a long time since then, and the stories just get better. Although, the diamond system has always been a downside. Recently, they changed it to where you get a diamond if you finish a story and another if you watch a video, which worked! But now, to get 1 diamond you need to watch a video? Please fix it, perhaps by doing a fortune wheel or weekly prizes to incentivize users
  • Getting better! But still...

Okay, so I love choices. It’s a great game and the stories keep me hooked (most of them). The diamond issue is steadily getting better. I’ve noticed that most premium choices are less expensive (around 10-17 gems) in newer books and chapters, although Veil of Secrets is SERIOUSLY frustrating me. In chapter 4, I paid for the first diamond choice (15 to search Kate’s bedroom for a clue) and, not a few taps later, there was yet ANOTHER diamond choice for 20 diamonds to search Tanner’s yacht with Flynn. While I understand diamond choices (PB has to make money, after all) putting two relatively expensive ones only a few clicks away from each other has definitely gotten me annoyed. Also, I do enjoy the fact that now you can earn diamonds from watching ads after chapters. However, as an older player of Choices, I have to wait for new chapters to be released. It is pretty slow as I try to play every day, so now I have turned back to blitzing through old, long series like The Freshman (which in my opinion should NOT be like nine books long) to earn diamonds by watching ads. And replaying old books does not earn you diamonds but costs keys. I do NOT like that. Pixelberry can do better than that. Either give us diamonds for replaying with keys or let us go key-free and don’t reward us with diamonds. And just a few other suggestions: maybe a daily spin-the-wheel type reward or a loot box sort of thing? Or maybe even a huge bonus when finishing a book, I feel like that would really help. Anyways, Choices has great art and much better plots than a lot of the stories on Episode (except for The Royal Romance and The Freshman, but that’s only my opinion), and is pretty fun, but the diamond economy can still be improved for players. I understand PB needs to make money, so what if they made the app itself cost around $3 or something upfront and then went without diamond choices? And another thing about the outfits. In TRR, the outfits are like 20-25 diamonds a pop, and are normally one every chapter. This is SERIOUSLY ANNOYING. Now, I don’t know if this is already a feature, BUT. Maybe if you buy a diamond outfit in a specific category - say, Ballroom - you should be able to use that outfit in another situation where a diamond Ballroom outfit is required and still get the bonus. For example, in the beginning of TRR, I bought the Daredevil outfit, a sparkly red masquerade-ball sort of dress. Later in the series, I believe in TRR 2 (or maybe not, haven’t played in a while), I had to dress up for another ballroom-style event. Olivia told me to not wear red. I wore the Daredevil outfit, a bright red. Olivia smiled and said something like, “Good girl, you didn’t wear red.” I feel like maybe diamond outfits should be able to unlock diamond outfit bonuses in all scenes where they would be appropriate. These are only some suggestions. If you’re looking for an app that you can play occasionally and enjoy, you should get this app. However, some cliffhangers, like - SPOILER ALERT - the ending of Perfect Match (seriously, I did NOT expect that (WOW THEY GOT ME GOOD)), where Damien is revealed to maybe be a Match, definitely will make you throw your phone across the room and start desperately pleading for more and checking the PB blog like every day for news on Perfect Match 2. So yeah. Great game, awesome visuals and music, but until diamonds become just a little easier to get, or replaying books can earn gems/don’t require keys, still only 4 stars.

I agree with everyone else about the fun choices costing too many diamonds and not earning enough per chapter. But could you also make more LGBT-friendly stories???

I just downloaded the app and I fell in love with it! But my concern is that there aren’t enough diamonds or keys! Can’t we just get a free key every like 15 minutes instead of 1 entire hour? It’s so hard to just finish a chapter without losing all of your diamonds and keys.... please update this...😫

I love playing this game. The books are excellent and the story’s are well thought out but the gem aspect of it is annoying, so many great choices and stories that you don’t get to experience due to the lack of gems. And I’m sure no one will want to spend more than a few $$ on this game. Love the stories, hate missing things cause of gems

I love the game, it has great, thrilling stories & they leave you on the edge of your seat. The only thing is that you have to pay for some of the choices, & earning diamonds is really slow. Overall, it’s a really cool app, but it’s really hard to play the way you want to because of the lack of diamonds.
