Has anyone figured out how to reset the password to this app? I used it once and seem to be locked out. If I can get in, I will give a higher review because it is a good app but not sure why it locked me out after 1 use.

hi. best if you could add GIF. because i noticed when i transfer gif to this app it became a photo. :( that’s very sad for me. ive purchased premium it should be good service for us. it seems like this made me disappointed.
