Install altafiber TV for iPhone app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:

- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "altafiber TV"
- The search will reveal the altafiber TV for iPhone app icon. Open, then click "Install".

I’d give zero stars if possible

Our electric went out during a premiere of a show we’d been waiting on and I quickly thought, that’s okay we can watch from the app.... NOPE! Can’t watch Fioptics on the go like it advertises. You can only watch if on your home wi-fi. How ridiculous is that? What good is an app on my home network if I already rent 4 boxes for the TVs. Come on Cincinnati Bell. I expected more for what we have to pay for your service.

This app used to be Better!

This app was better before the update! I have an iPhone 8+ and since I updated this app it got worse. Every time I watch something the show will glitch for 5 seconds randomly. This happens maybe 6 or 7 times every hour. There are also times when I’m watching something and it will glitch for a couple seconds then come back and it will rewind 15 seconds so now I’m watching something I just watched. This is very annoying! Also the new update made it to where I can’t lay down and watch something if I have my phone sideways. If you try to have you phone sideways it won’t let you watch something full screen. This app was way BETTER before the update! Please fix these issues or I will be forced to delete and download every Individual app to watch different channels which I didn’t want to! Thanks

Has some improvements to go

I think this app has the potential to be a enjoyable app that allows the users to have access to their TV packages selected. It would be nice to see a focus placed on getting the app up to what is expected of an app with ability to set up recordings over the phone and access to the channels not just on the networks. I know there are some upgrades when it comes to the TV portion of things but hopefully it comes sooner than later to the app.

Over 6 Months Of Waiting For This?

When the original (and awful) Fioptics app was pulled last Spring, 2016, the promise was for a new and improved replacement to debut in September. It's now March, 2017 and the long wait has yielded a dud. Video is quickly accessible when on your home network. That's fine. But inability to set up recording? Or access outside of home network? Fioptics continues to perform like amateurs trying to keep up with national players like Spectrum and DirecTv. And falling short. Their apps, available for quite some time, offer superior features and functionality. Very disappointing.
