I live in Irving so I take the TRE very often both to the app or Fort Worth. It is great especially in the app where we have light rail, commuter rail, and buses, plus a trolley and streetcar. Fort with buses are pretty good too. Thank you for trying to bring us into the 21st-century. With all your plans for the future, I feel we are in the 21st-century.
Decent, but could be better

Let me start out by saying that I am visually impaired, and so I use voiceover. This is a screen reader, which basically tells you what is on the screen as the name suggests. What I have noticed about this particular app is that the buttons aren’t labeled so that I would be able to identify what I would be passing. So it’s guesswork. I would like to see the app put more effort into accessibility so that all users can navigate, and therefore you could increase ridership of DART and increased use of the app.
Nice UI, Not nice UX

While the interface looks great, there are a few issues using it, both minor annoyances and major bugs that have costed me more than a one-month regional pass over the span of a week. On multiple occasions, the app has sent me on a system of trains that either don’t actually exist or don’t leave enough time to get from one train to another. Due to a tight schedule, this means that I have to spend a _lot_ of money using ride share services. Another annoyance is in the trip interface — it automatically zooms out to view the full train when it thinks the transfer has completed, so when I’m between two trains, it likes to zoom in and out between them preventing me from scrolling or looking at what I have to do next. Honestly, a pretty awful experience, but as far as I know it’s all we got.

This app is the best! As a first time user if any type of public transportation system I was so nervous. This app made it easy to know where to go and what to do. Should have tried it a long time ago.
