The app never knows if a bus isn’t coming

Very frustrating to think a bus is coming when it’s actually not. I mostly just take the 18, not sure if this is just an issue with that line but whenever a bus is NOT coming on schedule the app has no idea. The bus is supposed to come by on 20 minute intervals so it means your stuck waiting for upwards of 40 minutes if you miss one bus and then the next one doesn’t come. If a bus is coming way off schedule then the app has no idea again making it pretty useless a lot of times.

Lately the app has been acting up. AC Transit times are often incorrect. Location services currently aren’t working. App trying to give recommendations for greyhound rather than BART. Maybe it’s because of recent updates, but I really hope it goes back to the way it worked before. It was the best way to find out how to get from point A to point B. Now... not so much.

I brought my family to San Francisco for a four-day trip. I used the app everyday to get around. It was soooooo easy. My only question is why the MUNI functions aren’t spliced into this app so you can buy your tickets and navigate in one app.
Inaccurate and annoying

Bus times are off - often shows bus arriving 2-3 minutes earlier than the actual time, and then showing that the bus has come and gone when it hasn’t yet shown up. But this is not consistent enough to be relied on. Other times, a bus not listed at all shows up at random. Would use a different app if could find ANY that were better.
