Install Daily Fast app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using Daily Fast on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Daily Fast"
- The search will reveal the Daily Fast app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once Daily Fast is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Daily Fast.

Love it, but am not receiving notifications

I really like this app. It is simple and easy to use, and not cluttered up with a lot of other stuff that just gets in the way, like other fasting apps that I’ve tried. But, even though I have the settings in this app set to receive notifications an hour before my fasting/eating windows close, I am not receiving those notifications. Also, for some strange reason this app does not show up in my iPad (iOS) settings anywhere, including the Notifications category. So I am not able to set up the ability to receive notifications from this app there either. I was also unable to contract the app owner (Travis Ma) to get any help. I clicked on App Support, but there was no real way to contact him.

Good app but need some updates

I think it’s a very good app which does squeeze money like other apps. Just what I needed but, I wish the time ending reminder was like a long ring. The notification is not audible if you are not close to your phone. Also, if there are other reminders you could set like, drink water, take medicine, that would be wonderful.

Eat or don’t

Super easy to use. You’re either eating or you’re not. No fancy tracking and the best part is no IAPs. I would like to see better support for the notifications though. I don’t seem to get the one that’s supposed to tell me when I have 1hr/30min left to feast. I would also like to see one that lets me know before I get to eat! Would definitely give 5 stars if that is fixed!
