Bluetooth syncing not working in iOS12

One of the main reasons I bought this particular glucose/ketone monitor was its ability to sync with my phone. Ever since I updated to iOS12 the imports only work about 10% of the time. Every other time it sits at the “importing” screen indefinitely. The only way I’ve found to get it to sync is to remove the meter from the app and readd it, which has its own problems because when the meter is on with uniformed data the import screen hijacks the app making it impossible to remove the device. So you have to turn off the meter, open the app, remove the meter then turn it back on and add it again.

Was a great app until the latest update...now useless

I loved this app. I have a whole years data that I can’t access. I’m am unable to use the app at all. Every time I open the app it crashes and closes without any error notice. It’s pretty useless now. Please fix this!

Latest Update Doesn’t Work

This app was working fine for my until the latest update a day or two ago. After the update I started having issues syncing data from my meter to the app. I tried removing the app and reinstalling it and now every time I open the app it closes on its own. Which pretty much makes this app useless to me at the moment.

I have had my Fora 6 and this app for about 6 months and it works great. No problems with Bluetooth and the app syncs with Apple Health app just fine. Its not a fancy app but it works and the ability to add notes is helpful.
