Install EasyVideo for WD MyCloud app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "EasyVideo"
The search will reveal the EasyVideo for WD MyCloud app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once EasyVideo is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including EasyVideo.

I purchased these to work with a couple of WD cloud Drives. Would not connect to either drive on the same network. Try to contact customer service through the app and that wouldn't work. Emailed them. No reply.
