Great game, but freezes

I love the game but it has come to my attention that that game is constantly freezing and making it almost unplayable. It will easily freeze after catching a fish, during a loading screen, or when I accidentally pull down or up at the top or bottom of my screen and that thing appears, and when I go back to game it’s frozen. I have to restart my game for it to function again. This is of great inconvenience to me. I have deleted all of my unused games sparing a bunch of more space, hoping it would help fix this problem for me. But it hasn’t, Please fix this problem so I can enjoy this great game once again. (It hadn’t happened the first week I got the game)

I think this is a good game, excepting the fact it rips off ace the app completely. I will give it the benefit of differences though. When I started, like everyone, i caught a legendary shark, and got to keep it. That was way too easy. There is no tutorial, enjoy guessing on what to do. And there is WAY. TOO. MUCH. happening at once. There is so much crazy stimulations that it hurts my eyes. There is a lot to this game, but there’s too much. It would be fine, if the game was older, but the devs gave us tons of unexplained crappy features instead of a few good ones to start off. Also, I know everyone likes the graphics, but i think some of the animations and models, especially the female characters who are over sexualized, need to be polished/redone. The boats look like stock images. Its so bad. I think that the devs need to not add anymore to this game until they seriously polish what is here. Download the game if you don’t believe me. It isnt that bad, it just needs a lot of work.
Suggestion and problem

Currently level 74 in game. I am really sad when I have to give it 3 stars. 3-4 times purchase errors when the app crash. Take money from my credit card, no items. Then after very long time when I contacted their support, I have to contact apple store for the refund. Yeah they told me they fixed the problems, then 4 days later, similar problems occurred. World chat in game is like game log or cheat tracking log, come on we don’t want to know who got which fishes. No point about clan system in game. There is nothing you can do. Can you at least add clan store? Please put more effort and add more exciting stuff other than give players free fuel for repetitive action. Level 10 the app rod is like pointless. Yeah higher player can catch all fish. Perhaps higher level? I can wait for the big update 3-4 weeks. Or Many of us will leave the game. 1 star because Ethic problem. Spent couple hundreds and the really don’t care their players. I will never play their games again.

I would give this ZERO stars if I could. Potions barely ever work, events are geared towards top PAYING players, it is a super expensive game (virtual fish tanks cost over $100, seriously). The battle tournament was blocked for well over a month because they messed it up. You can never get a top rod unless you pay SERIOUS $$$$$ and if you’re fortunate to get one, 2 newer stronger ones will be out the next month so you waste resources on upgrading it. Using the auto pick x10 resource ticket gives you garbage angler licenses and rods. I used 8x10 auto tickets and 50 regular tickets and hardly receiver champion/legendary angler licenses. In chat others used much more auto tickets and received the same results. Ads are everywhere and now you have to pay $$$$$ for a the app pass? You can’t contact support unless you link your Facebook or goggle account to them so they can access your contacts. CM_Angela does not fix anything even when brought to her attention.
