Install CatchACharacter app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using CatchACharacter on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CatchACharacter"
The search will reveal the CatchACharacter app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once CatchACharacter is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CatchACharacter.
Now enjoy CatchACharacter on PC.

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use CatchACharacter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CatchACharacter" » then Click "Install".
- CatchACharacter will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

✔ Pros:

Worked great!

It seems like the bugs from the previous bad reviews may have been ironed out with the app because I just used it and it worked great. I did purchase all the stickers, and chose an Easter Bunny one because we won’t be able to go see him this year. I was able to make it look like the Easter Bunny was sitting right next to my kids in their pictures. You do need to be mindful of what stickers you choose; some of the bunny stickers don’t have eyeballs, but the ones that do are really cute and if you arrange your picture right, they look very realistic. Highly recommend!

Won’t save pictures

It may be the free version but when I try to save the picture of the character, it consistently pops up with an error message that it can’t be saved. Hopefully it’s a bug they can fix. We’ll try it again next holiday!

I’ve used the app to “get a picture of Santa” in our home for 3 years and to put the Tooth Fairy on my son and daughters pillows. They love it!
