Of all the online grocery shopping sites I’ve used so far, this was by far the easiest. I especially liked being able to shop by category / aisle and having the option to modify my order if (okay when) I forget something.

Service Unreliable

The app works fine; but the service provided enabled by the app is a NIGHTMARE. All 3 of my orders this week had major issues: 1) driver was 6 hours late (in 100+ degree heat so need to be home to bring inside); 2) groceries were NEVER delivered (no communication from store so had to call in reschedule delivery on my own); 3) the scheduled re-delivery never showed... when I called to check in, I learned that my order had been erroneously canceled (again, no communication from store). AVOID THIS
SERVICE!!!!!! (That said, the truck drivers are the nicest guys and I wish they didn’t have to deal with these faulty processes).

No longer works

I updated to 11.4.1 and the app no longer works. Error messages. I called customer service and the guy didn’t care. Lots of issues with the quality of products, late deliveries, high amount of out of stock items, extremely long wait times to reach customer service, and more. Contacted a regional manager almost a month ago who was going to provide a credit to my account for all my time and trouble and incentive to give them another chance. Nope, no credit was ever given. Lots of other grocery delivery services out there. Dump this one!

I love shopping at the app Thumb and Albertson’s. They are my go to stores. I also left on time delivery. But have recently experienced delivery through another vendor where the shopper stays in touch via text when requested items are unavailable so there is a more customize substitution process. I wish the app Thumb had this also… It would make my desired store a 100% positive experience.
