The free to play experience is pretty good, although it takes a lot more work to earn the resources needed. Some outfits are available only if you "top up" i.e. spend money. The art is beautiful, the story is alright and enjoyable to follow, and the translations are understandable but have room for improvement. The time in the game is Japan time (including the day of the week), so some events to receive resources don't always match a reasonable time for North American players. The ratings for some levels doesn't always make sense, the outfit they want you to use doesn't always have the highest rating in the categories specified. Shopping for outfits can be time consuming, there isn't a filter for a specific category like in the closet. Half of the categories are not available for the filter, so you will still need to "hover" over the clothing to find the "fresh" or "Japanese" etc. category you wanted. In the dating feature, the "lovers" speech isn't translated/subbed. The interactions, i.e. where you can touch them, isn't clear. You must level your relationship with them for them to accept/appreciate an interaction, but the menu displaying the interactions only shows what you are working towards. If you don't remember or note what was displayed prior to achieving the necessary level, it doesn't tell you afterwards. I am enjoying the game enough to log in multiple times a day to play, but I'm looking forward to patches to address the above concerns.

This game is really fun and addicting especially how I am now addicted to getting elvins affection up. But I have 2 complaints. The first one is make the interactions to the characters easier because I don't know what to do to figure it out without touching the screen without looking stupid and when it lvls up there are so many of the same interactions that stack up and I want to see a certain one but I'm stuck with the same one over and over until I finally see the one I want. So I want to see like a way for it to show you how to do the certain interaction and a way to switch between the lvls of it. The last complaint is translations for again the dating part. There are no subtitles to turn on either I would really like to know what the people are saying

Now, before I say anything that has to do with the title of this review, let me just say that I just recently got the game a few days ago and absolutely adore it to pieces and would give it a five star rating, if not for what I’m about to discuss shortly. That being said, I seem to have run across an issue that makes it nearly impossible for me to enjoy myself, the game gave me the update notice yesterday at around noon; an hour later nothing happened, I initially didn’t think much of it, I’ve had worse. So I waited another hour or so and still nothing in the loading bar and during all this all it says is “Starting the download.” That’s when I figured I’d try to let it load throughout the night on the charger while I slept. You can imagine my frustration when I woke up to find it still at nothing! Now I’m not saying I have amazing WiFi connection because heaven knows I don’t; but for it to have to take more than 24 hours to update a game is beyond infuriating!

I downloaded the stupid app a few days ago, and it did a quick intro to the app. Then I get a message saying that there's an update for bug fixes, and to download new content. There's not an option to skip it, so I figured I'd just deal with it. WELL, IT GOES POINT BY POINT. I'm talking 1.0, 1.1, 1.2, etc. I'VE BEEN TRYING TO DOWNLOAD THE NEW CONTENT FOR TWO DAYS AND AM ONLY ON 14.1 OUT OF 100.0! Why is this taking so long??? If there's really an update, why can't it be done through the App Store! I don't even know if I'm going to like the app and I have to wait this long?! Plus, I left it charging (because the stupid download eats up your battery like there's no tomorrow) for a half an hour, and when I came back not only was it only up to 4.0, but my phone was hot to the touch! I'm talking burn your hand hot! I had to close the app and shut it off right away so it could cool down because I was actually worried it would ruin my phone. I'm extremely disappointed. I really wanted to give this app a try! I'm NOT happy right now. (P.S., none of this is the fault of my phone because it's a brand new iPhone that I've had for only a couple of months.)
