Downloaded the app to check my reports. Wasn’t able to download or view the ready reports kept giving the server error message. Reports that were pending continued to remain pending even though the reports were ready. Better to continue using the website and email option.

I was expecting something better from the app given the amount they charged . App has problem with UX and was not able to downloads my reports . It appears hat problem persist for past couple of months.
