5. Before using this app, you will need to acquire an account PIN number directly from your provider.

6. You will not be able to log-in to the Patient Portal without this PIN number.

7. InteliChart does not have access to this information.

Install the emulator:

Using Patient Portal on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Patient Portal"
The search will reveal the Patient Portal app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Patient Portal is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Patient Portal.
Now enjoy Patient Portal on PC.
