Install CAD Design 3D - edit Auto CAD DWG/DXF/DWF files app on your Windows in 4 steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .
- Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using CAD Design 3D on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "CAD Design 3D"
- The search will reveal the CAD Design 3D - edit Auto CAD DWG/DXF/DWF files app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once CAD Design 3D is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including CAD Design 3D.
- Now enjoy CAD Design 3D on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native CAD Design 3D Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:
- To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.
- To use CAD Design 3D,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "CAD Design 3D" » then Click "Install".
- CAD Design 3D - edit Auto CAD DWG/DXF/DWF files will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

This looked like just what I needed: a way to draw the app drawings on my iPad. And it may be, but there is no way to get any kind of instruction in how to use it and no way to communicate with the developer.
My biggest question is whether I can convert 2D plans to 3D. But there’s no way of knowing.
My advice is: don’t buy it.
