Download and install the ISU Cyclones app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:
- Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .
- Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
- Using ISU Cyclones on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:
- Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "ISU Cyclones"
- The search will reveal the ISU Cyclones app icon. Open, then click "Install".
- Once ISU Cyclones is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including ISU Cyclones.
- Now enjoy ISU Cyclones on PC.

- Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)
- For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.
- Installing ISU Cyclones:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "ISU Cyclones" » Click "Install" to install ISU Cyclones
- ISU Cyclones will now be available on your windows start-menu.

All features are well written and the app athletic communications staff are dedicated and elite, utilizing and giving the app students an opportunity to explore and display their creativity.

Radio Broadcast Playback Awful

Up to three years ago the radio file playback was serviceable. Then The app was updated and for the past 3 years it's ridiculous.
1 - No function is provided to skip to a specific time in the broadcast? Why? This is basic!
2- The player will randomly stop playback, then restart at the beginning. Now you're screwed and you have to listen from the beginning again. This makes no sense. Super frustrating.
It would be awesome if I could play the files on an app that actually functions. However, learfield dictates that the app use this app.
What a bunch of Jokers. Oh, and I pay for this service. Not happy. Not satisfied. Doubtful anyone will respond or care. You should be embarrassed.

Love this app! As an out-of-State alumnus, I can stay up to date on the Cyclones from anywhere. I love being able to watch coaches shows on my phone anytime. Keep up the great work. Go Cyclones 🌪!

The start times don’t update. For example, a football game kickoff time is announced early in the week, but you get on the app Friday and it still says TBD. What’s the point of going to the the app app if it doesn’t even have the correct information?
