- The game requires payment of gems to continue playing after running out of moves.

- If you choose to continue without collecting mushrooms, you are sent back to the beginning of the prior level and cannot collect mushrooms.

- It takes a long time to reach the prize portion of the app.

- Lives only regenerate every 7 hours.

- There is no way to know if the winners of real prizes are legitimate until you reach the prize portion of the app.

- The app may be designed to make you think you can win prizes, but it may take a long time or the winners may not be real people.

- Tokens and mushrooms can disappear from your account without explanation.

- Customer service may not be helpful in resolving issues with your account.

- The game requires purchasing gems to get enough prize points to advance to the next level.

I’ve had hundreds of mushrooms and tokens and over $300 in my piggy bank and twice now it went from all that to zero! All my mushrooms and tokens were completely gone and my piggy bank dropped all the way down to $3.00! When I messaged customer service concerning this they claimed they looked into the matter and that they found no issues with my account! So I messaged them again and instead of telling me what happened they sent me a link that was completely irrelevant and didn’t pertain to my issue! So I messaged them once again and now my account is disabled all cause I wanted someone to look into my account and see what happened! While the game is fun and addicting they will steal all your stuff then deny it and disable your account when you ask them to look into it! Oh and when you have enough money to order something it will take you all the way to the mailing address and once you enter your info it will then knock you off and say you have to have a minimum $750 to even get to the the app vault and they’ll take your piggy bank money still and not give it back!
Waste of Time

This game was fun at first until you run out of moves and it asks you to pay gems to continue. If you don’t have gems, then it will ask you if you want to continue without collecting mushrooms. If you click yes, it will give you an additional life to play but send you all the way back to the beginning of the prior level and you can’t collect mushrooms. Its pointless at that point. If you click no, the pay with gems screen will pop back up. If you close the app without choosing, the game will automatically send you back to the beginning of the prior level you are on. I was at Level 7 and somehow ended back to the beginning of level 3 even after I bought gems to continue playing. Not worth it, I deleted the app..

This game is ok I guess. The fact that you have to get to $750 or whatever to even enter the the app portion of the app is absolutely ridiculous to me. The lives only regenerate every 7 hours or so. I’m close to getting to that sorta, but I won’t be continuing on with this game for very long. There’s apparently real winners on here winning real prizes but you can’t really know if they’re legit until you unlock the the app portion of the app. I kinda feel like I’m being played to get up to this “x ($750) amount” thinking that I could actually get prizes and then when I do get into the prizes that it’ll either A) take decades to even get a the app or B) it’ll be not even real people winning (bots or paid users to pose for the app pics).
Hard to win

I’ve been playing for over a year with a goal of getting the Nintendo console as a Christmas gift for my girls. I made it to the $750 to open the the app cavern, then had to purchase gems to get more crowns so I could get enough the app points. I made enough points to get the console only to be led to another step where you need to have MORE the app points to advance. I’m scared to see what’s going to be next... another step where I have to spend more money. This game is very misleading and every section of this game except for the game page doesn’t offer any instructions. So you have to figure out what certain terms are or how they’re going to be spent. The game itself is fun but the the app attain ability is ridiculous.
