Decent app. Nice to get rewards

Please add the ability to pay with a gift card through the app. Would be nice if there was a 'Save Cart' feature without placing an order. My phone had locked after a few min. and when i went back to my order, i guess it timed out, and cleared on it's own. I was waiting to see when my husband was leaving work before i ordered, and had to start over. Then, at Checkout saw no GC option, and just called the restaurant. (First time using the app & a gift card.) Next time, I can just "pay at store," but it would be nice if the pickup person didn't have to bother with the payment. *Oh, also some of the item descriptions in the menu are cut off. **One More Edit: According to the menu online, "Burgers & More Sandwiches/Stuff" have the option to come with either coleslaw or french fries.. But, in the app, the only Substitutes are Cheese/Smallman fries, if even listed at all - and most don't have a No Fries option. Also missing the option to add a Side Salad for $1.99.** Thank you for the free sandwich!

We love the app in York but have had questionable experiences with food and service the last few times we came (especially on Sunday’s). We received a free sandwich offer on the app and decided to give it another try. We had a great experience! Our server Mike took good care of us and made sure everything was just the way we wanted it. We told him about our recent bad experiences and he encouraged us to ask for him when we come back. Great job and much appreciated!
Don’t update if you have rewards from the old app!

I am also a user that had a crap ton of banked rewards that I now can’t access! Seriously, there was ZERO need to update this app, it worked perfectly fine! Now I try to log in using my facebook credentials like I did on the old app, Facebook recognizes I had previously logged in that way, but this new app doesn’t know I exist. I try to request a password reset, and the app says it has sent me an email, but no email comes (and yes, I did also check my junk/spam folder)

the app’s is our absolute favorite! We love everything we eat here to the point of I can’t even pick a favorite! Its always the 1st place our boys want to go whenever they come in from out of town and my sons fiancée that’s from NYC loves it too! Can’t say enough!
