Top Pcmac Reviews

  • Poor performance from both the app and the company

    By BHW62 (Pcmac user)

    1. The touch/fingerprint log in feature never works on the app, I have to enter my paw every time. 2. I made an appointment through the desktop website for service, received an email from Element saying my appt was confirmed, also showed in the app. When I showed up at the scheduled times Firestone told me the appt was pending awaiting confirmation from Element and that instead of waiting an hour it would be 4-5. This is not the first time I have been extremely disappointed with Elements level of customer service. When I called in to complain your CSR wasn’t even aware you could make an appt through the Element website without talking to a rep. Your communication during an issue is also always terrible.
  • Constant crashing

    By Tryandstopthisox (Pcmac user)

At first I was excited to use this to help track mileage for my company car more easily. Today I tried using the trip log to keep easier track and every time I tried to look at today's logs and classify them it crashed on me. Great idea, bad execution. Hoping for an update to add stability. Update: now it crashes every time I load it cause it keeps wanting to have me rate a repair shop I didn’t visit and as soon as the app loads it automatically switches to the rating screen which than causes the crash. Man they really need to get someone on fixing this.
  • Touch ID is useless

    By curtisdk99 (Pcmac user)

What is the point of having Touch ID if I still have to enter my password to verify my own thumbprint. It’s the most frustratingly ridiculous feature I’ve ever seen. Not even my banking app does that. The whole point of Touch ID is to provide the convenience and security of using my own unique thumbprint to open the app rather than having to type out all my credentials. No other app does this. PLEASE FIX THIS so the feature works as intended and I won’t have to continually look up my password every month when I need to enter my car mileage.
  • Why am I spending time on this?

    By MissBelle 2000 (Pcmac user)

Submitting my mileage report should be the simplest thing I do, a 30 second task, but the way they have it set up doesn’t make sense. Get rid of that big white square in the middle of the page that says “miles,” you can’t click on it or get to it unless you enter ending miles and then hit tab, but I had to spend time trying to figure that out, and it doesn’t even tell what kind of “miles” go in that big square when you do finally get to it. Is it personal miles, business miles? Who knows until you try it. Just lay it out simply. I shouldn’t have to spend time trying to figure it out.
