can’t upload PDFs

In order to truly complete my application I need to upload some documents and I have to do them on the computer, because this app lacks that function. In the app when I click on documents I am only given the camera option, and I really expected to photograph every page from my tax return instead of simply forward a PDF document?
Unable to Load Documents

This app is worthless, broken trash. Whenever I try to upload the documents I need to confirm my identity, it crashes. I cannot use the camera to photograph my documents, and I cannot use the website to submit them either. I am thus not able to complete my application, which is what this app is built for. This is extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time. Fix it.

I like how accessible they it was! A lot better than having to be on a call on hold for a long time. I think i preferred logging in on a computer, but the app is very helpful!
