What is The Godfather Game? The Godfather is a mobile game that takes you into the criminal underworld of 1945 New York City. As the Underboss to Don Vito Corleone, you will carry out the Corleones' dirty deeds and fight for their honor and respect. 2. Build A Palace Fit For A Don- Learn to run your lavish estate under direct guidance from The Godfather himself, Vito Corleone.

3. Go To The Mattresses- Defend your territories and declare war against rival Families in order to seize properties and accrue vast wealth.

4. For the first time ever, The Godfather officially comes to you as a brand new mobile game in an untold tale of money, power, and corruption.

5. Mobilize Your Crew- Gain protection by enlisting Capos and Soldiers to “handle” any misunderstandings and spy on untrustworthy rival families.

6. Don Vito Corleone has summoned you to enter the notorious criminal underworld of 1945 and become his devoted Underboss.

I am one of the app bigger spenders in this game. And recent events have caused me to second guess spending anymore on this game and/or continuing playing altogether. It takes way to long to build up troops and to heal, now you have decided to limit healing which will try to force us to spend $. I am truely disappointed on how quick development was to limit healing but yet SO SLOW to progress the app game in other ways...Train? Jail? And basic industry buildings on home screen after m27. I have defended the app developers of this game for a long time against other players and its actions like this that make me realize that maybe i was wrong. Id love to talk to developers with some other bigger spenders to discuss ways to improve this game. Lets hope a person reads this and not a bot, because i know how godfather clearly hates bots lol....Sincerely, Disappointed RainbowsNSmiles
Horrible customer service

Their customer service is non existent. I had a complaint where I didn’t receive a reward for an event and they kept telling me I got the app right points, I asked them 3 times to straighten out the app problem and they kept denying me. It costs nothing for them to gift me the app reward I felt I was due, they acted like I was asking for their first born. Customer service is suppose to make the app customer happy within reasonable means, again I wasn’t asking for money or anything crazy just the app in game reward I thought I should have received. I did spend a little money in game and would have spent more but now because of very poor customer service I’m done and moving on to another game not owned by this company.

For some reason I haven’t been able to see what my actual rank is in the app studio. I got the app notification that I ranked up but it’s been stuck at s4 for almost a month with the app same 1000 points. Please fix it (update: idk how but it’s been fixed as soon as I wrote a report?!)

Could be a really fun game. Problem is there are so many servers, that if you have friends you'd like to play with, you'd better jump to their server before you get into it. They don't have the app willingness or capacity to transfer your account from one server to another. Any progress or money spent is lost on transfer. They are incompetent or unwilling to address concerns in this matter. Once you're settled in with your buddies, you'll have fun working through the app game mode and the app external battles.
