To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Alter,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Alter" » then Click "Install".
- Alter - Art Effects and Photo Filters will now be available on your Windows start-menu.

Bad, buggy, inferior to other free competitors.

Images are trapped at 800x800p squares, and it's impossible to upgrade. It's makes an ironic attempt at being Artsy, belying the ugly, clunky, buggy reality. Access to device photos is hampered by a horrible image browser that only gives you access to the most recent 4 photos on the device. Then it displays those photos as black squares. This app tries to be like the free version of Dreamscope, except it's worse in every way.

The algorithm generates awesome, artistic images, unlike others around. The interface needs some work tho, like being able to process multiple images. Still deserves 5 stars
Nothing happens

Maybe it did at one time but it doesn't now. this app Pro joined the party of nothing- and when I saw "nothing" I mean I choose an effect, it gives me a time and many times more than that go by and the screen is unaltered. I'll stick it in the back of my "effects" folder and try again someday. Or maybe not. 😠
