Software Features and Description

1. Landscape MD provides home gardeners and landscape and horticultural professionals with a quick diagnostic tool for common plant diseases and insect pests.

2. Photographs and descriptions show the effects of infestation or disease, and "What to Do" sections provide Integrated Pest Management solutions for solving the problem by a variety of means.

3. Users can search the database by symptom, plant part, or host plant or can browse all insects, diseases, or pests.

4. Landscape MD was produced by the University of Hawai‘i at Manoa, College of Tropical Agriculture and Human Resources.

5. The app's focus is on Hawai‘i plants and pests, but many if not most of these are found throughout other tropical and subtropical locations.

6. Content by Arnold Hara, Scot Nelson, and Ruth Niino-Duponte.

Install Landscape MD app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Landscape MD on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Landscape MD"
The search will reveal the Landscape MD app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Landscape MD is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Landscape MD.
Now enjoy Landscape MD on PC.

For Windows 11, check if there's a native Landscape MD Windows app here » ». If none, follow the steps below:

To get started, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto "Playstore on PC" » click "Configure_Download" button. This will auto-download and install PlayStore on your computer.

To use Landscape MD,
- Login to the PlayStore we just installed
- Search for "Landscape MD" » then Click "Install".
- Landscape MD will now be available on your Windows start-menu.
