This app gives you a chance to see what planted perennials will look like before the expense of purchasing real ones. It’s fun! I recommend trying it.
update has flaws

The yellow backround makes it harder to see the thumbnail pictures. Also, the advanced search option is less desirable than I expected. If I enter zone 6, for example, I would like it to include all that falls into that category. That would include 4-7, 5-7, 3-8, etc. Also, the turnstyle to select the zone needs to turn more freely. Unless I give it a big old whirl, it stops on 3 when I run out of room. Then I need to do it again to get to 6. Overall, I like the app, even though it doesn't measure up to the hefty price tag.

Update- No response to my problem via email, so, or addressed here so gave one star and deleted. Can't figure out how to edit an entry on "My Plants" feature. I like it except for this and lack of response from developer. Will up rating when/if my issue is resolved.

Wanted an app where I could put in zone, plant type like tree or shrub, light available in my spot , height desired, foliage color and get a list of plants that fit. This app doesn’t do that. Disappointed.
