Install Work Mobile app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using Work on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "Work"
The search will reveal the Work Mobile app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once Work is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including Work.
Now enjoy Work on PC.

There has been very little updating to this app in the last 7 months. Bug fixes and small issues might have been addressed but for some reason you are not listening to the end users. The functionality that is needed in the field has never been added. This could have been robust by now so I’m concerned this won’t ever “this app” the way we were told it would when we signed on with Verizon Connect. What’s up Product Team? Why is it taking so long to get this going full steam?

why does the site name not appear ANYWHERE on the job in this app!? that’s a crucial piece of information that was listed on the old app and not on this one. they also are forcing users to use this new app (no longer supporting the old app) when it doesn’t even have as much features as the old one. contacting them makes no difference as we’ve told everyone we can about this problem for a long time now and nothing has changed.
Looks good but limited

Either make another app for managers or make additional features it this one, such as: 1. Creating invoices and quotes, this app meant only for techs thy have an office does all the this app at the office in real-times. 2. Take payment via stripe thru the app. 3. See all the jobs and not only jobs associated to you.
Not ready for use

3/4/19 the app is down at least one day a week The app has started working better at times. Still a lot of error messages, have to continually accept a single job and there is no option to send an estimate/job card from the field. Every Thursday and Friday now the app goes down and you have to go back to the old version
