Trouble-free install and operation. Wish list: HomeKit compatibility Data logging - history of temperatures, history of power consumption would be great (but power data might not be available from the transmitter)
Forced updates - that don’t work

Got a new $18,000 spa with this tech in it. Worked great for a few weeks, and then it prompted me to update the firmare. There’s no way to cancel, so I let it do its thing. The update fails, and then forces me to install it again, which fails. Cannot even use the app because of the forced updates. Completely useless now. NO tech support available to talk to or even email.
Below average but has potential.

Super slow when it works. It’s nice to have access away from home but that should be optional; outside local network access is both a security and privacy issue. Interface is slightly below average. I wish Gecko would just provide an API so SPA could be controlled by any home automation system.
No problems but no Face ID

Setup worked perfect. 10 minutes up and connected and running. Attn Developers: need Face ID login for IOS.
