3. To set up the Encounter health risk assessment app you login in the top left corner with your Encounter credentials.
4. Encounter is the ideal health-risk assessment tool.
5. This will then pair your Encounter to the location where the assessments will be conducted.

7. Now that your app is setup to that location, you can have your clients create accounts or login.
8. Clients can now take new assessments or view past assessments they have taken to compare their results.
