What is eThrift? eThrift is a free app that allows users to browse local thrift stores, resale stores, and events such as garage sales, estate sales, and swap meets. The app features a color-coded price tag system to help users identify how long a product has been on the app. Additionally, users can use the "Have & Hold" service for a small processing and service charge to confirm if a product is still available at the thrift store before heading down there. The app also allows users to become sellers by registering their stores, opening a "Boutique" as a private seller, listing their events, or posting single items for free.
1. If you're having a garage sale, estate sale, swap meet, or any other resale event in your local area, registering for free as an "Event" on eThrift is a great way to get your items in front of local shoppers as well.

3. Before we wrote a single line of code we spoke to thrift store owners, managers, employees, and shoppers, to make sure we made an app that's free, quick and super easy to use.
4. If you own one or more "brick and mortar" stores, putting them on eThrift is super quick, super easy, and super free! You can also add and manage employees or volunteers for free on your eThrift app to help you add products and grow your business.
5. But, if you want to know FOR SURE if the product is still at the thrift store before heading down there, for a small processing and service charge, you can use our patent-pending "Have & Hold" service to confirm they still "HAVE" the item you're interested in.
6. If you are a private seller, operating without a physical "brick and mortar" store, NO PROBLEM! You can open what we call a "Boutique!" it's a great way to post your products for free without needing a physical store.
7. But it gives you the confidence that the product you want is still there, AND it saves you from having to hunt through rack after rack of stuff to find it--just walk right up to the counter, show them your "Have & Hold" code for that item, and they will hand it right to you.
