Download an Android emulator for PC:

Absolutely doesn’t work!

You can add phone numbers till you’re blue in the face but robo callers go through thousands of phone numbers a day. I’ve added over 50 numbers and unless they the app from that number again, nothing gets blocked. I’ve not once seen a blocked or spam the app warning come across my screen. In addition, the instructions tell you to turn this app on in your phone settings and return to app for set up instructions. But there were none. At least I didn’t pay money for it.
