Charged my credit card and never showed the order to track so I went in a long terrible process where everyone working there claim there is nothing they can do. The app is super slow and hard to scroll and freezes none stop.

Cannot order from the app. Takes ur money without making the order. Doesn't let you finish ur order and suddenly lag. I think you should update the app or find any other solution. Trust me, you will start loosing customers or might have started loosing already !
