Awesome App

This app is an incredible too for a salesperson. You can log someone in the showroom in an instant. The drivers license scanner makes the process so simple. Once a customer is logged if they don't buy there and then I now have all their information logged in the CRM to perform my follow up. I can text them, use click to call and email them in an instant. Great app, have used others at other locations and nothing beats this.

This app has come a long way.
Didn’t like the old one it really didn’t work. With this one I can use the Texting tool, Click to Call works, scan the vin of the trade and I love the new video function.
I find that if I turn off the wifi it works better.

Worst CRM app ever.

This is the worst CRM mobile application there is and the desk top version is not any better. Mobile version does not load.. ever. It’s useless. It kicks customer info so when you think you have logged them, you are incorrect. It is a hassle to make appointment, write notes, or even try to follow up because the app never works. Dealersocket is the best CRM with the best Mobile app. Maybe you guys can be more like them. Hopefully our dealership gets rid of the app and goes with dealersocket

The app needs to be fixed. Notifications off leads have stopped and it just keeps spinning on a page you tap on
