Recently I have used the report an absence portion of this app, and it didn’t go through, unbeknownst to me. I had to resubmit absences later.
The signature line on the absence portion is also not working well. The whole screen toggles up and down when trying to sign my name.
These seem to be new issues as I’ve never had these problems before.
Otherwise, great app and very helpful.

Inaccurate Info

The grade portion is never right. Parents have reported this but it never changes. It's been this way for 3 years. Also, if you change your notification settings, nothing changes. Pretty useless. Use the on line portal for grades and class info. The two are supposed to be synced but they're not and no one seems to care. Typical SJUSD

Good app if you don't want to know your child's true grades. If you just look in the app and not on parent portal, you are in for a surprise!! Hope it gets fixed soon or I'll delete it.
