What a load of crap

They allegedly want you to provide all this detail but you’re forced to use their camera within the app and then you’re cut off after a very limited video length. Talk fast, move fast. You can’t upload your own videos taken outside the app. All to save a lousy 50 bucks. We’ll see if their “expert” home inspector can discern anything from my ridiculously short videos. Gee, I sure hope so. I’m guessing they’ll contact me for more info. And I’ll give it to them by telling them their app is garbage.
Easy to use

This app was so easy to use. Ideal for the lazy person that can’t seem to get things done. It took me a whole 10 minutes to complete. They made super easy to understand what they needed and how to use it.
Disappointing DIY app

The the app app was disappointing. It provided poor transparency as to how it would work. I could only log in once a day and it would give you an error message saying your password was incorrect afterwards. It would not work without WiFi, which the home did not have nor would it say before hand that it was needed. And it was not clear when the videos were uploaded. The app really needs improvement.
Easy and Convenient

Instead of trying to schedule a time for someone to come out, taking my own pictures and video was so convenient. I really appreciate this app.
