Software Features and Description

1. The RemoteLink app enables you to control your hearing aids, choose what you want to hear, and adjust the sound.

Download and install the RemoteLink app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks Pc or Mac software Here >> .

Install the emulator on your PC or Mac:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using RemoteLink on PC [Windows 7/ 8/8.1/ 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "RemoteLink"
The search will reveal the RemoteLink app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once RemoteLink is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including RemoteLink.

Download the Amazon-Appstore » (U.S only)
- Click on "Get" to begin installation. It also automatically installs Windows Subsystem for Android.
- After installation, Goto Windows Start Menu or Apps list » Open the Amazon Appstore » Login (with Amazon account)

For non-U.S users, Download the OpenPC software »
- Upon installation, open OpenPC app » goto Playstore on PC » click Configure_Download. This will auto-download Google Play Store on your Windows 11.

Installing RemoteLink:
- Login to your computer's PlayStore or Amazon AppStore.
- Search for "RemoteLink" » Click "Install" to install RemoteLink

As the previous reviewer wrote I had a similar experience with only one of my hearing aids working. Initially both of them worked. Then after a while only one worked and that is still the case to date. I love the features to be able to switch from the different settings as it makes my hearing experience much greater and easier to hear in various environments & locations. Two recommendations to make this a 5 star app. 1. Get both hearing aids to continuously work. 2. Have a volume control because when driving the road noise makes it difficult to hear when using my iPhone on a call. This is a very convenient feature to hear my calls thru my hearing aids but it would be so much nicer if I could turn the volume up in situations with noise around me. Thank you
Connection keeps dropping

I have been using this APP for several years and with IOS 13 and the latest update, 13.1.3, the Bluetooth connection still keeps dropping. I don’t know if it is a problem with the APP and/or IOS 13. I have applied the latest IOS updates that have contained Bluetooth fixes, but the connection problem still has not been fixed, so it may be a problem with the APP with IOS 13. I like the APP when it is working.

Last update in September improved performance in Bluetooth connection. Moved to iPhone XS and still works without issues. Had to pair with new iPhone but that worked perfectly.
