Not Worth the Purchase

**If the screen that says “User Protocol” pops up, check the box and the camera will come on. I couldn’t get the camera to work for weeks; I selected that box and the camera finally came on. The device is unstable; WiFi disconnects constantly and the camera only works if directly connected to a power source. I’d prefer to pay more money for a better, reliable device.
Camera goes to 4K, but app only goes to 720p😡

You need to upgrade this app so it matches the features of the camera. I've searched and searched to find out if you had an updated app that would allow me to control the 4K or even the 1080p setting on my camera. Please address this ASAP. I may have to stop recommending and selling this camera. If you can address this, I can change the ratting I gave you.

So I got the camera from someone as a gift. When I started setting up the camera I realized that it gave no instructions on how to set it up to your phone.
