Download and install the Hi Band app on your Windows 10,8,7 or Mac in 4 simple steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac:

Is there a site in English to help with troubleshoot app. I keep getting an error message. It will not accept my phone number for message alerts or calls. I cannot update my goals or change profile name and picture. I’m disappointed in the app.
Needs Improvement

I can’t change the 24HR setting to 12HR, can’t input my local cell phone number for text notifications, drink and sedentarization can’t make it do anything needs something additional. Other than that it functions fine.

Got the device synced once, but trying to get it to change time I tried to sync again and now it will not connect. Bought for my daughter and she does love it but it needs some work to be more user friendly.

Grrrrrr! It keeps telling me to enter my correct phone number afteri have entered my CORRECT number. I need help, I tried going online and i keep getting connected to the this app site, uh can someone plzzz,plzzzzzzz put it in optional languages besides oriental language. 😣🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
