Inconsistent responses

This game is beautiful to look at and has many different games and levels, but it frequently fails to respond to taps to the point of having to punch at it with my finger. I would like to have given 5 stars for the beautiful graphics and colors and the variety of games and levels, and sometimes it is very responsive buy totally unpredictable. Another problem to me is that the supposedly easier levels are more difficult than the harder ones and apparently one cannot raise the score in the lower levels, you’re just stuck at the same score no matter how low it is and apparently can’t “improve” I deleted it because the version I had didn’t have score reset, and when I downloaded it there was a score reset - thanks for that - but now I cannot find a way to mute the music and have to mute the iPad to stop the music
Need hint or manual reshuffle

I am stuck on a level 3 game with no moves that I can see. There are about 50-60 tiles left with 26 being visible. Only 14 are playable and no match. Why is there no “hint” button? Why no manual reshuffle button. (I finally did find a move but after a half hour. I could have used a hint and gone on sooner.)

This the app offers two types of the app that is different. I can’t explained the effects but they are stupendous! Download to play the 3D Bonanza and 3D extravaganza in this set of the game. 80 different layouts in each of the three D ones. This download offers diff types, hard, difficult etc. But, the 3D is a wow!

Great but, needs options menu to be able to turn sounds off during those quite times when my wife is asleep.
