I have owned game and trail cams since the original deer cam came out with the rolls of film in them! Saying that I have been through a lot of different brands and styles of cameras! This this app Mobile camera takes the cake! The days of loading up and going to the woods to pull cards once a week are over. This camera gets a 5 star rating in every single area that I can give it one! Quality of pictures are near perfect, trigger speed is unmatched, and the app is simple enough for a young child to figure out!!!!! I love how you can go into your settings from the app and change them at any time, all from home without having to disturb your hunting areas! I have owned several different brands of the mobile type cameras and the quality of pictures are terrible. The cameras data plan is a little more expensive than some of the others... but absolutely worth every penny! I own 3 this app Mobile cameras now and plan to buy more!
Moultrie Mobile app crashes and data is too expensive.

I like the concept of having my pics sent via mobile but this app dropped the ball. The app works pretty good as a whole but seems to crash way to often just trying to browse the pictures. The app will lock up randomly and will have to be restarted. Also the data plans are a rip off especially if you have your camera over bait. Spypoint has an unlimited data plan for $15. And for just getting an image to notify me that there is a deer at my bait that is worth it. this app has to fix the app and offer a competitive data plan or I will eBay all my this app cameras and go with Spypoint just because of the data plan. With this app I have 3 cameras and I am spending $20 /month each and am out of data with a over a week left before my month is up. And they only allow you to upgrade once per month so now I am stuck till the end of the month before I can upgrade my plan again. This is ridiculous. Can’t wait till the season is over so I can get rid of these cameras and start over with another cell camera with unlimited data that is not going to break the bank.
Great app that complements their cameras

I’ve been using the this app mobile system for about a month now and so far no complaints. Like any cellular system, phones included, it all depends on your signal strength at your particular location. I consistently have 3 bars, sometimes 2 bars, and everything seems to work just fine. I am using the app/modem with a W-40i, M-8000i, and in a few days an M-50i. I have changed settings on the cameras several times through the app with no issues. So far I am liking the this app Mobile system much better than the Spypoint system I tried before. I get pics more consistently and everything seems operate faster. I am primarily using this is as a driveway monitor so I want a pic every time a car or person comes in. I’ve also got a lot of animal pics including dogs, cats, deer, and coyotes.

Overall I love this camera and modem most of the time it consistently works great however today in particular every time I try to open up the app it crashes and I have no idea what to do about this,, or how to fix it one thing I would really like you to work on is being able to tag more than one picture at a time with the same tag if I have five pictures of a deer I want to be able to tag them all at once this shouldn’t be too difficult a task for you to accomplish to make this great camera perfect
