1. This True Wind and Sea state calculator determines the true wind speed, true wind direction and corresponding Beaufort force, sea state and wave height, based on the ship’s heading, ships speed, relative wind direction and relative wind speed.

2. This is a useful App for mariners/sailors, shore based ship management companies or people interested in nautical science, that need to understand the effect of wind on sea states and determine the true wind direction and speed due to the relative motion of the ship.

Install True Wind app on your Windows in 4 steps below:

Download an Android emulator for PC:
Get either Bluestacks or the Nox App >> . We recommend Bluestacks because you can easily find solutions online if you run into problems while using it. Download Bluestacks PC software Here >> .

Install the emulator:
On your computer, goto the Downloads folder » click to install Bluestacks.exe or Nox.exe » Accept the License Agreements » Follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.

Using True Wind on PC [Windows 10/ 11]:

Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "True Wind"
The search will reveal the True Wind app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once True Wind is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including True Wind.
Now enjoy True Wind on PC.
