Easily one of the worst apps I’ve used

I can honestly say this app is awful. Nothing loads and all the coupons you’re supposed to access to, you can’t get to. I can’t imagine why a company would use this. If it actually worked then, yeah, it’d be nice. But 9 times out of 10 it doesn’t work and when it does you sometimes can’t even access your coupons anyway. Definitely a waste of time and that’s all there really is to it. I don’t blame companies for wanting to use something like this, it’s a great idea. The problem is that this great idea is so poorly executed.
Horrible app

My local store switched to this app a month ago, I was told I didn’t need to get the app because they would send the coupon in the mail. Never got the coupon so I downloaded the app. It’s said that my coupon is on the way for two weeks now. Once I finally get my free bag of dog food that I have earned, I will be going to chewy instead. I’d rather pay a few dollars less and not get a free bag of dog food than to deal with this.

I say it’s a horrible app but then again I can’t even get it to load!!! When I open the app it tells me to pick my store and there are no options to choose from! If I could rate this a zero I would. I am due at least TWO bags of free dog food with my store and I can’t even redeem them! (and the food I get is $90/bag). Once again... horrible APP!

The previous version rarely worked. Can't connect to the database errors over and over again. I deleted and redownloaded it. Still nothing. I can't select my store. No stores loaded. I have rewards, including a $10 off coupon, I can't use.
