Open the Emulator app you installed » goto its search bar and search "DXF Viewer Pro"
The search will reveal the DXF Viewer Pro app icon. Open, then click "Install".
Once DXF Viewer Pro is downloaded inside the emulator, locate/click the "All apps" icon to access a page containing all your installed applications including DXF Viewer Pro.

Simple DFX viewer

This is one of the simplest app for viewing DFX files. The app works very simple. Just open any DFX file and see the content of the file. It supports various objects. There is also option to export file as pdf.
