FIX THIS PROBLEM.

I’ve loved and used this app for a long time. I love this app and I don’t think it has many negative aspects. I know this app most likely won’t read this, or they won’t take action, but this is such a small improvement that could make this app a million times for user friendly, and mean all the difference. When I open something I want to order, there’s a ‘back’ button so I can browse the app more (or if I don’t want that product anymore). That ‘back’ button is white. That’s the problem. Usually the pictures that show you a preview of the items are also white. So it’s a pain trying to leave that items page. I had such an annoying experience that I just had to stop right in the middle of my order just to write this. All I’m asking is that you change the color of the arrow, or at least have it detect when a white/black background is behind it so it changes between the colors. The reason I gave this a 2-star rating is because I’m very surprised that no one thought of this before. It’s so obvious that you saw this problem. It’s impossible to miss. It’s just getting unbearable now. It’s such an easy fix. Please, on behalf of everyone that uses this app or has ever used it, FIX THIS PROBLEM.
Very disappointing

this app was very good when it first launched, but after the new management took over things went south. The only good thing about this app now is that it has a good variety of restaurants and other services. Here are the reasons why I gave it two stars:- 1- Their customer service chat is very bad, they leave you without an answer until the chat times out. Then you have to explain yourself again in a new chat and the same thing happens. If your order is wrong or cold or late... don’t bother talking to them, they’ll take forever to answer and usually just ignore you in the end + there’s no number to call customer service (based on over 30 orders). 2- The driver tracking feature is very bad and not accurate. It’s not a live track, it’s a snapshot of where the driver is at that exact moment only. If you want to update where he is you have to go out and back into the tracking page constantly. (It was good before they changed it) 3- Its very normal to order and see your order go through (and payment), then wait one hour and realize that the resturant that received your order is actually closed. They don’t tell you that it is or show you that it is. Finally, I recommend not using this application unless you have to, and choose the cash payment instead of the card or apple pay feature. Since you don’t know if customer care will respond or if your food will be cold or incomplete (not as you ordered). Thank you, Saud

I have ordered twice, both orders never got deliver in time, or even look as advertised, and it took a very very long time to deliver the second order. When I contacted the website all they can tell me is the order was suppose to be their at 12 and it was already 12:20, I received the order at 12:50 , I felt like I was taking for a ride. I asked to cancel the order but they left me with no answer, then I got disconnected. The second order after it got delivered very late, and I spoke to one people who worked their , he said I have to call this app to return the food and get my money back. After contacting the site, they suggested for me to restaurant to get the money back. Horrible service. If as a website you can not guarantee your customer satisfaction, then you should not offer a service like that.

I gave a 5 star because it’s the best choice if you compare it to it’s competitors basically it’s a better app easy yo use although tracking isn’t that good and needs improvements but author wise it’s the best in the region would recommend but deliveries take time so be patient if it exceeded the time limit and it’s cold just return it it’s that simple and it’s your right to not receive the order if it’s under your expectations and this app is not to blame it’s the restaurant fault for bad food quality Carrige just offers delivery to your home or office
